Our cafe espresso has gained a great reputation from Niagara Falls to Vero Beach. As a straight espresso it displays wonderful crema with leopard spots. The crema is sweet; the body is nutty and the finish displays a hint of honey. A great espresso able to cut through a latte’s steamed milk. A growing number of our customers are using this blend for brewed coffee as well. The sweetness couples nicely with the creamy finish provided by our coffee from Java. The Daterra special reserve beans from Brazil add the flavors of nut and honey. Surely a great cup brewed alone or enveloped in steamed milk.
